Every starter website costs $250 to build. Choose who looks after it once it is finished.
Your domain and website remain yours. If you cancel hosting, we provide your site files and agree on a handoff period before hosting ends.
Unused edit time expires monthly. New pages, redesigns, new features, emergency response, and custom application maintenance are separate. Routine support expectations are agreed before launch.
Hosting elsewhere? Basic care for compatible static websites is available for $15/month: availability checks, a recoverable site copy, and up to 15 minutes of minor monthly edits. Hosting is not included.
Databases, customer accounts, and other custom applications need a separate hosting and maintenance quote.
Third-party subscriptions and processing fees are paid separately by the customer. Database design starts at $250 for an agreed scope. Customer accounts, portals, stores, and other custom development require a quote.

GOOD QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
Do I have to pay monthly?
The build-and-handoff website costs $250 once; you then arrange hosting and maintenance. Alternatively, pay $250 for the build plus $25/month for our managed hosting and care. Both choices leave domain registration and third-party charges separate.
What happens if I cancel managed hosting?
You retain your website files and domain ownership. We agree on a handoff period so you can move to another host before our hosting ends. Any additional migration work is quoted in advance.
Can you use my existing domain?
We can review your domain and hosting setup before quoting any required changes. You retain ownership of your domain.
What if my booking service is already set up?
If your booking page is fully configured and only needs a website link or embed, that limited connection is $50 after we confirm the scope. The $150 option includes booking setup and testing. We confirm one agreed scope before charging.
Will this guarantee more customers?
No. We build a clear, useful website. Advertising, search rankings, and lead generation are separate work, and results aren’t guaranteed.
What if I need something custom?
Tell us what the feature needs to do. We define the work and quote it before you commit. Custom databases, accounts, and business applications have separate hosting and maintenance requirements.
