When you contact us

If you request a follow-up, we receive your name, business name, email address, optional message, and the website estimate you selected. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use this information to respond, discuss your project, and maintain relevant business records. An inquiry does not place an order or subscribe you to a marketing list.

Services used by this website

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information needed to deliver and protect it. The follow-up form sends your inquiry through Web3Forms to our Zoho Mail account. The form uses hCaptcha for spam checks; its script loads when you open the configured estimate dialog. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Storage and your choices

Web3Forms is configured to remove stored form submissions after 30 days. Copies delivered to our email account and related correspondence may remain as needed to answer your inquiry, manage an agreed project, or meet recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell inquiry information. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to this website.

You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided by emailing [email protected]. Some project, transaction, or legal records may need to be retained.

Please keep sensitive details out of the form

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive records through the inquiry form. We arrange any necessary project files separately.
